Pep Guardiola says Lionel Messi and Erling Haaland both deserve to win Ballon d’Or MANCHESTER, England (AP) — Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says Lionel Messi and Erling Haaland both deserve to win this year’s Ballon d’Or award for the world’s best soccer player.
